No OTA lets you submit a dispute via API.
Every competing product that promises “auto-filing” is lying to you. Neither Expedia Partner Central nor Booking.com's Connectivity API exposes a submit-dispute endpoint. The filing has to happen in the extranet, by a human.

Early departures
Guest leaves a 3-night stay after 1. PMS updates room revenue. Commission line doesn't. We recompute it.
Virtual card discrepancies
Virtual card funds less than the confirmed net. Usually a timing or currency issue — always reclaimable.
Rate parity disputes
EU DMA removed parity clauses, but algorithmic enforcement still penalises non-conforming rates. We surface the cases you can contest.
Post-stay refunds
Refund the guest after check-out — and the OTA commission should come with it. We track the reconciliation.
