We already have a channel manager. Does this replace it?
No. OTA Systems reads reservation and commission data; it doesn't distribute inventory. The channel manager stays — we sit alongside it.
Can you file disputes for me?
No vendor can. Neither Expedia nor Booking.com exposes a submit-dispute API. We assemble the package and deep-link you into the right extranet row. You click Submit — 30 seconds per claim.
What happens during onboarding?
