Multisystems started in hospitality. The first product was ImageSystems — AI photo enhancement for listings. It shipped, it worked, and customers loved it.

But every property-team conversation kept coming back to the same theme: “the OTAs keep winning and we don't know how much we're losing.” Hoteliers were paying Expedia and Booking.com for commissions on bookings that never happened, stays that were cut short, fees they voluntarily waived for guests. And nobody had the bandwidth — or the tooling — to audit it.

The existing tools were either human-powered consultancies that took 25–50% of the recovered money, or API-only products that over-promised automation they technically couldn't deliver. Neither fit an indie property or a small chain.

So we built OTA Systems as the honest middle: a SaaS that does every bit of work software can legally do (audit, compute, pre-assemble the dispute) and leaves the 30-second human step to the person who should be doing it — the hotelier themselves. You keep 100% of what you reclaim.
